The Hon. Judge R. David Proctor for the Northern District of Alabama visited Miami last week, where he guest lectured the University of Miami School of Law and met with leaders of the Miami Law Class Action & Complex Litigation Forum, including Firm Founder and Managing Partner Adam Moskowitz.
Event organizers, students, and faculty (including Law Professors Sergio Campos and our very own Adam Moskowitz) were honored to host Judge Proctor at the University of Miami School of Law, where he guest lectured at Professor Campo’s Civil Procedure Class and Professor Moskowitz’s Class Action Seminar.
Judge Proctor’s visit was very well-received by students in particular, many of whom expressed gratitude for the opportunity to be taught by the U.S. District Court Judge. In fact, the positive feedback from both students and leadership alike has prompted discussions of the Judge teaching a short course at the University of Miami School of Law starting sometime next year.
