HarrisMartin Publishing will host their Hurricane Litigation Conference, Navigating the Most Expensive Hurricane Season in U.S. History, at Fontainebleau Miami Beach on May 22, 2018. The Conference Agenda was just released for the event, which will include in-depth discussions about handling different types of claims, ethical considerations in disaster litigation, and other topical legal issues.
The CLE-accredited event, which is sponsored by several prominent law groups, including The Moskowitz Law Firm, will be chaired by Adam M. Moskowitz, William F. “Chip” Merlin Jr. of Merlin Law Group, P.A., Scott Love of Clark, Love & Hutson, and Rene Sigman of Merlin Law Group, P.A.
Adam will also serve as a speaker and panelist at the conference, broaching topics such as pertinent legal trends and Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) for Florida Flood Claims.
