The Moskowitz Law Firm was co-sponsor last night of The George H.W. Bush Points of Light Awards Gala hosted by former Presidents George W. Bush, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama. The charity event was held at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York City, where Partners Adam Moskowitz and Howard Bushman attended alongside 500 honored guests.
Each year, the signature event is held in support of the mission and vision of Points of Light, the international nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to engaging more people and resources in solving serious social problems through voluntary service.
The event honored outstanding individuals advancing solutions in ways that demonstrate the extraordinary traits of our 41st president: integrity, empathy, respect, optimism, conviction in the face of opposition, and belief in the power of the human spirit to create positive change.
It was a star-studded affair with appearances by The Beach Boys and Garth Brooks, who was among those being honored for their philanthropic work.
The Chairman of the event was Adam’s good friend and co-counsel Lawrence Bathgate, former Chief of Staff to President Bush.
The Moskowitz Law Firm is proud to support this incredible organization and event that honors the former Presidents’ legacy of service and supports the worthy cause of sparking unity to address social issues.
