Attorneys Adam Moskowitz and David Boies will be heading up the FTX Multidistrict litigation cases. According to a court filing, they will now oversee ”civil actions seeking damages arising from the collapse of the FTX Cryptocurrency Exchange.” This follows the consolidation of the lawsuits from around the United States earlier in June. United States District Judge Michael Moore oversaw the hearing where the determination was made. Attorney Adam Moskowitz says:
"David Boies and I are honored for Judge Moore’s confidence and are grateful to have many of the best lawyers in the country, helping us fight here in Miami for all FTX victims."
