About Adam Moskowitz
Attorney Adam Moskowitz is a distinguished trial lawyer who has received national recognition for his courtroom successes, large settlement negotiations, and delivering justice to class action plaintiffs throughout the country.
As Managing Partner, he leads The Moskowitz Law Firm's participation in multi-state class action cases that involve teams of law firms from around the nation.
Adam has been an Adjunct Professor in Class Action Litigation at the University of Miami School of Law for over 20 years. He also serves as Conference Topics Coordinator on the Duke Law Center for Judicial Studies Advisory Council and is a Board Member on the Duke University Class Action Program Advisory Board.
He is a Member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
