Following the approval of the over $1 billion dollar settlement in the Surfside condo collapse class action, one of the lead attorneys representing victims Adam Moskowitz of The Moskowitz Law Firm joined Gregg Goldfarb on his Podcast Cut To The Chase: With Gregg Goldfarb to talk about the landmark case.
The approval comes one year after the tragic collapse of the Champlain Towers South, which killed 98 people and left over 100 residents homeless. Adam shares shocking details about the devastating collapse as well as how him and his other co-lead counsel fought to represent victims in what was the third-deadliest structural engineering failure in United States history.
Now that the settlement has been approved, those eligible for their settlements need to go through the claims process.
Victims, whether represented by attorneys or not, are encouraged to file their claims as soon as possible. CLAIMS MUST BE DONE PROPERLY AND TIMELY.
Adam is ready to talk to any of the victims or family members of victims to guide them through the claims process.
Please contact us at 305-740-1423 with any questions regarding the settlement or the claims process. More information is also available at CTSRECEIVERSHIP.COM, the website maintained by Michael I. Goldberg, the Court-appointed Receiver for the CTS Condominium Association.
