‘Eight of the Nine:' ‘Fine Print’ Attorney Influencer Erika Kullberg Settles FTX Case

Adam Moskowitz, the managing partner at the Moskowitz Law Firm in Coconut Grove, Florida, and David Boies, chairman emeritus of Boies Schiller Flexner in New York, are lead counsel for the class of investors who lost billions of dollars in FTX, with multidistrict litigation pending before U.S. District Judge K. Michael Moore of the Southern District of Florida.

“Now that Judge Moore entered his excellent order in the Promoter Track, we have settled eight of the nine FTX digital content defendants,” Moskowitz said in a statement. “We respectfully hope that once discovery begins, we can settle with the remainder of those FTX promoter defendants.”
