UWWM's Terry White and Lance Harke explore the problems of not bringing in and/or negotiating with all interested parties and not knowing the true costs of a proposed settlement. And they show why it's a good idea to remember the key elements of settlement during every part of the mediation, to engage the mediator afterward to resolve post-mediation issues and to realize that mutuality is the key to successful resolution.
